Single vineyard Cabernet Franc from Cuesta on the Twenty Mile Bench in Niagara. Steel fermented and barrel aged for 10 months in a neutral 500L puncheon. Indigenous yeasts, low sulfur, unfined, unfiltered.
Raspberry and blackberry fruit are framed by fine grained tannins, compelling freshness and an undeniable purity. 12.3% alc/vol. 63 cases made.
