Single vineyard, 20+ year old chardonnay vines from the Cuesta Vineyard on the Twenty Mile Bench in Niagara. Barrel fermented and aged for 12 months + 6 months in stainless. Indigenous yeasts, low sulfur, unfined, unfiltered.
Supremely elegant personality featuring a spicy, crunchy pear inflected nose, with wet stones and orchard fruit skins on a slick, lithe frame with a spiny central core. Focused and persistent.
