Sourced from our first Prince Edward County planting on Gilead Road. A young vine blend of 70% chardonnay and 30% melon de bourgogne. Co-fermented in neutral oak and aged for 11 months + 4 months in stainless. Indigenous yeasts, low sulfur, unfined, unfiltered.
Floral and herbal tones mix with pollen and melon notes on this lighter bodied, pure frame. Hints of sake and spicy pine lead to a super clean, sunny finish. Only 350 bottles released.
