100% pinot noir, this delicious blend of Gilead Road pinot and Westcott pinot was tank fermented and aged for 18 months in french oak. Indigenous yeasts, low sulfur, unfined, unfiltered.
A light ruby tone opens to notes of fresh cherry, pomegranate, light smoke and umami character. The energetic mid palate offers a garrigue twist with super fine tannins, lovely balance and appealing deinfition.
