100% pinot noir from Westcott's Vinemount Ridge vineyard in Niagara. Tank fermented and aged for 20 months in barrels and tonneau. Indigenous yeasts, low sulfur, unfined, unfiltered.
This brooding pinot shows the more muscular side of one Ontario's signature grapes, yet maintains a finessed, ethereal style. Dark cherries, menthol and floral notes combine with grippy tannins and excellent length.

"Very pale ruby with a slight haze, this naturally styled, low-intervention pinot carries aromas of cranberry and raspberry layered with cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and a touch of rotundone.
