Description
100% pinot noir, this two barrel lot is a 50/50 blend of Gilead Road pinot and Vinemount Ridge pinot. Tank fermented and aged for 18 months in french oak. Indigenous yeasts, low sulfur, unfined, unfiltered.
The nearly translucent ruby tone devilishly opens to gentle notes of tart cherry, pomegranate and light smoke. Ever so delicate, the energetic mid palate offers super fine tannins with hints of animale and a faint note of eucalyptus. Ultra pure and refined.
