Description
Our first 100% pinot bottling from our Gilead Road vineyard. Tank fermented and aged for 18 months in french oak. Indigenous yeasts, low sulfur, unfined, unfiltered.
Rich, savoury cherries and ripe raspberries meld with delicate notes of animale, smoke and wet stones. A rolling thunder texture, fantastic balance and length. Very impressive stuff from our young vines.
