Single vineyard, 20+ year old chardonnay vines from the Cuesta Vineyard on the Twenty Mile Bench in Niagara. Barrel fermented and aged for 12 months + 6 months in stainless. Indigenous yeasts, low sulfur, unfined, unfiltered.
Supremely elegant personality featuring wet stones, chamomile, honeycomb and sourdough notes on a lithe, slick frame. Focused and persistent. 85 cases made.
