Pure, ripe honeydew and orchard fruit aromas on a clean, saline frame. 100% melon de Bourgogne planted on glacial till over limestone bedrock at our Gilead Road farm just north of Bloomfield. Tank fermented and aged sur lie for 10 months. Indigenous yeasts, low sulfur, unfined, unfiltered. 12.5% alc./vol.
